We're excited to announce a new evening book study for the month of July.

We'll be diving into "How to Forgive When You Can’t, The Breakthrough Guide to Free Your Heart & Mind" by Dr. Jim Dincalci.

This insightful book is divided into five parts, and we'll be discussing one section each week for the five Tuesdays of July.

Here's a quick overview of what we'll be exploring:

  1. 1. Opening to a Different Way - Developing knowledge and skill in forgiving.
  2. 2. Taking it Deeper - Dealing with more difficult situations.
  3. 3. The Truth Behind the Resistance to Forgive - Understanding aspects that prevent forgiveness.
  4. 4. Doing the Work - Applying what we've learned.
  5. 5. After the Process - Maintaining and strengthening the positive effects of doing this forgiveness work.

Dr. Dincalci beautifully blends science, psychology, and spirituality in his approach to forgiveness. This isn't a quick fix guide, but a thoughtful and complete resource for those ready to leave their wounds behind and work towards a more peaceful and fulfilling life.

We'll be meeting via Zoom from 6:30 to 8PM.

This is a great opportunity to digest the content of this book in a supportive community, exchanging ideas and learning how to forgive others and ourselves permanently.
