 a heart-opening journey that helps you navigate healing from grief over an
 y type of loss. Learn life-changing insights that transform your understan
 ding of grief. Experience a safe and compassionate space to honor and embr
 ace your own grief.\nRhythms of Life\, 2:30-4:45pm\nAn awareness-boosting 
 exploration into the natural rhythms of life and how you can harmonize wit
 h them to enhance your health and well-being.  Deepen your understanding 
 and appreciation for the cycles\, patterns and principles that govern life
 . This workshop concludes with a fun and rhythmic dance celebration! Dress
  for ease of movement. Bring note-taking materials\, an exercise mat and t
 wo blankets\nSpace is limited to 15 for each workshop\nBring a water bottl
 e\, journal or notebook and your favorite writing tool.\nThose taking more
