We know that we are continually guided all the time by Spirit, but it is up to us to be tuned into that inspiration. The practice of hearing comes from becoming still enough to listen and that means turning off distractions long enough to be able to hear any guidance!
This whole month we are focusing on the theme I AM Inspired, so we are going to look at what is it that inspires us in our day to day lives. We will talk about tools and techniques just because that is the Unity way of practical spirituality. My intention is to help all of us learn that listening with our ears and our minds is not the focus we are going for here. We want to be able to listen with our hearts. This is where the true guidance resides and with that comes surrender within of the One Presence and One Power we are where the magic happens.
